Our Annual Singapore Pharmacy Congress was held successfully on 17 and 18 August 2013. The opening ceremony was graced by the Minister of State for Health and Manpower, Dr Amy Khor. A laser show depicting the theme of the congress "Transforming Pharmacy Practice, Towards New Horizons in Healthcare" was conceptualized and presented by our organizing committee, a first in the history of the Singapore Pharmacy Congress. Pharmacy Health Ambassador Awards were presented to the top ten community pharmacists by the CEO of the Health Promotion Board, Mr Zee Yong Kang.

The pre-congress workshops, symposia, and plenary sessions were well received and by over 700 participants.
