We offer a variety of membership categories designed to meet the diverse needs of all our pharmacists. Each membership type comes with its own set of exclusive benefits, providing valuable opportunities for growth, engagement, and professional development.

Ordinary

All registered pharmacists and those eligible for registration under the Pharmacists Registration Act of the Republic of Singapore

Associate

Graduates of Pharmacy, pharmaceutical Sciences or other related programmes from universities, polytechnics, Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or other institutions, who do not qualify for Ordinary Membership but are approved by the Council for the purposes of membership, shall be eligible to be enrolled as Associate Members.

Overseas

Ordinary members of the Society who have become residents in other countries permanently or for a continuous period exceeding 6 months and are still interested in continuing their ties with the society. On their return to reside in Singapore, they may apply for their membership to be reverted to Ordinary Membership

Student

Students enrolled in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related programmes from universities, polytechnics, Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or other institutions of learning, who are approved by the Council for the purposes of membership, shall be eligible to be enrolled as Student Members. Such members shall be exempted from payment of the admission fee.

+ An administrative fee of $20 will be charged for first time applicants or when reinstating a lapsed membership.

Members who wish to reinstate their lapsed membership are no longer required to back pay for previous years. Instead, they will only need to pay the current year’s annual fee along with the $20 administrative charge.
