Eye problems are common complaint that affect many people. Some of these conditions, like  dry eyes, conjunctivitis and stye, are commonly seen in community pharmacies and can be treated with over the counter medications. As community pharmacists are frequently approached for advice, we need to be aware of the signs and symptoms, causes as well as the treatment and prevention of these conditions in order to make appropriate recommendations.
