Earlier this year, Senior Minister of State for Health Dr Lam Pin Min spoke about MOH’s intention to review and replace the existing Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) with a new Healthcare Services Act (HCSA). Through HCSA, MOH aim to update their regulations to support the evolving models of care and facilitate other changes that can help bring better and safer care to all Singaporeans.
