Administration & Training Assistant/Executive - PSS

You will be responsible for the dynamic operations of the PSS Secretariat office and also assist the Training Manager to coordinate the smooth and efficient running of the PSS Continuing Development Programmes and the various WSQ-Accredited training courses.

There will be plenty of opportunities to interact with the diverse group of PSS Members, government agencies and key stakeholders of the training programmes; therefore a dynamic and positive outlook would be an attribute to be successful in this position.

 

 Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma or GCE A Level
  • Experience in customer service / training and course administration an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word 2010 and Microsoft Excel 2010
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Mature, meticulous and systematic
  • Highly motivated and able to perform under minimal supervision and positive in
  • Applicant should be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
