What does it mean to have sustainable pharmacy in Singapore? Buzzwords such as “eco-friendly”, “improving burnout”, and “patient empowerment” come to mind, so how can pharmacists play a role in this journey? What if you have a project idea but lack resources to develop it?
YPC Sandbox is a platform to encourage innovation and collaboration in pharmacy nationwide, open to all PSS members, and aiming to utilize PSS networks to connect with relevant expertise and source for resources for project development. We are continuing with the theme of Sustainable Pharmacy in Singapore for YPC Sandbox 2023, and we will be hosting a series of programmes to kickstart this event in March this year.
To encourage brainstorming and innovation in our community, we have invited local and international guest speakers to conduct CPE sessions and networking sessions, covering topics on sustainable pharmacy practices, project pitching skills, and project development. Forums will be held to facilitate discussions and networking between participants and experts in the field, with periodic sharing of resources to gear up our participants for proposal submission.
YPC Sandbox aims to facilitate the realization of a sustainable pharmacy practice in Singapore, and we hope that with our push to develop novel projects, pharmacists like you will be inspired to jumpstart your innovation and join us to work towards sustainable pharmacy in Singapore.
