The COVID–19 pandemic has created unprecedented opportunities for us to change the way we deliver healthcare to our patients. Since 2004, and as mandated by World Anti-Doping Code, World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) publishes an annual List of Prohibited Substances and Methods (List). The List, which forms one of the six International Standards, identifies the substances and methods prohibited in- and out-of-competition, and in particular sports. The substances and methods on the List are classified by different categories (e.g., steroids, stimulants, gene doping). This prohibited list is applicable to athletes who represent Singapore in competitions which also includes recreational athletes.
