A group of NUS Year 4 Pharmacy students was recently in Turkey for the IPSF Congress; and for attachment at Hacettepe University Hospital (Ankara, Turkey) It is very nice to see that our future pharmacists are doing their bits to establish international network. PSS Overseas Study Awards who summed up Turkish demographics, healthcare system, overview of the training of pharmacy and pharmacists, experience of attachment in the Hacettepe University Hospitals and observations of the community pharmacy practice.
Not forgetting, of course, his social adventures dealing with fellow pharmacy students, pharmacists, food, drugs, weather, geography and the potent but rich cultures at the crossroad between Asia and Europe !
