26th Singapore Pharmacy Congress: Own Your Health – A Public Forum on Responsible Self-Care

For the first time, this public forum is held in conjunction with the Pharmacy Congress with the theme “Own Your Health – A Public Forum on Responsible Self-Care”. It will be held on 8th Oct 2016 (Sat), 10am-2pm, at Rooms 324 and 325. Featured speakers include our very own pharmacists together with other healthcare professional who will talk about responsible self-care, how pharmacists can help patients in owning the health of 3 generations, managing diet and medications for diabetes, as well as dry skin and eczema.
