SIMPLE WAYS TO ACHIEVE YOUR CPE REQUIREMENTS!

Your record: (Qualifying Period: 01/09/2014 to 31/08/2016)

Minimum Patient Care Points Requirement         :               15

Total CPE Points Requirement    :               50

Patient Care Points Awarded      :               10

Non-patient Care Points Awarded           :               0

Total CPE Points Awarded (before cap)  :               10

Total CPE Points Awarded (after cap)      :               10

Shortfall Required CPE Points    :               40

Shortfall Patient Care Points      :               5

 

The PSS hospital chapter will like to use this e bulletin post to share with you simple ways to earn CPE points. This month, we shall share with you how to use the Pharmacist’s Letter for free to gain CPE points.

 

Most of the resources can be accessed via logging into the PSS website (www.pss.org.sg). If you are unsure of your log in, follow these few steps:

Accessing pharmacist’s letter:

1) After successfully logging in, you will be brought to this page below. Click on the “Pharmacist’s Letter” link to access the resource

 


2) Once you arrived onto the Pharmacist’s Letter webpage, you will need a CE ID to store your CPE records on the website. Click on “I Don’t Have a CE ID” to create a unique ID, if you have forgotten, then click on “I forgot my CE ID #”. It will be sent to your email shortly.

 


3) The CE ID will be created using the following details: 

PSS

-

LAST NAME (SURNAME)

FIRST ALPHABET OF YOUR FIRST NAME (GIVEN NAME)

4 DIGIT NUMBER

For example: JOHN DOE (S1234567A)

CE ID = PSS-DOEJ4567

Please remember you will still need to submit the points to Singapore Pharmacy Council, under the 3A category.
