The Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) for the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore (PSS) was held on the 4th August 2018 from 1.30pm to 2.20pm at Suntec Exhibition & Convention Hall.
The following 3 were passed as special resolutions following the EOGM:
- Purchase of property with PSS funds
- Form and appoint a Board of Trustees
- Authorise PSS Executive Council to obtain bank loan for the purchase of property
