PSS received these 2 cheques some time ago and there wasn't any note attached to it for the purpose of payment or for whom the payment was meant for.

One of the cheques has since expired and we are appealing for the issuer of these cheques to contact our Secretariat immediately. We will proceed to bank in the other cheque dated May 04, 2006 before it's expiry and urge the issuer to inform us for whom/what the payment is intended for.

We attempted to obtain details of the account holder through the banks but this was declined flatly due to confidentiality concerns.
