We invite dynamic individuals with passion for patient care to join us as : PHARMACISTThe Job You will provide a comprehensive range of Pharmacy services to In-patients and Outpatients. Your responsibilities include optimizing drug therapy through reviews, patient counselling and provision of drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. You will also supervise a team of staff to ensure proper dispensing of medications according to protocol and regulatory requirements and provide support to clinical drug trials and conduct research in the hospital. There will be opportunities to excel in specialty areas such as Infectious Disease management, Therapeutic Drug monitoring, Critical Care, Aseptic Services, Clinical Nutritional Support and to provide specialized patient counselling services such as Anticoagulation Clinic and Medication Management. Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy and be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board.
• Candidates with hospital, clinical and Retail Pharmacy experience will be preferred.
PHARMACIST
(Drug & Poison Information Centre)
The Job The DPIC team provides a 24-hour telephone consult service to healthcare professionals and the public. You will provide advice on pharmacotherapy and toxicology and answer our caller’s request for information. In addition, you will be involved with Poison Prevention, research and teaching activities. You will also attend to ad hoc DPIC assignments as specified by the Department Manager. Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy and be registered (or potentially registrable) with the Singapore Pharmacy Board.
• One year working experience in a hospital pharmacy (exposure to an inpatient or drug information environment would be an advantage).
PHARMACIST
(Drug & Poison Information Center - After Office hour)
The Job
The DPIC team provides a 24-hour telephone consult service to healthcare professionals and the public. You will provide advice on pharmacotherapy and toxicology and answer our callers’ requests for information after office hours. This position is offsite. A cellphone and laptop with requisite databases will be provided. Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy and be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board.
• Current working experience in hospital pharmacy inpatient services or drug information environment preferred.
