The Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society (MPS) is organising its Annual Scientific Conference 2006 from 8th-10th September at the Crown Princess Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

The theme for this year's Conference is : Lifelong Learning in Pharmacy. Historically, we have always been exchanging visits and interaction between the two organisations often confined to only Council's level. Looking forward, Singapore and Malaysia share a lot of similarities in terms of pharmacy practice. It would therefore be more appropriate for pharmacists across the causeway to have greater participation in each other's events; not merely as delegates, but to also present papers and speak in each other's meetings.

For this Conference in Kuala Lumpur, PSS encourages more members to hop over for a short break in KL; at the same time earn some CPE points (from Activity Category 1C) to enrich yourselves with some practice updates. MPS has kindly offered PSS members a discounted registration fee at RM305/- (instead of the normal RM495/-) for both the Conference and Conference Dinner.
