Nominations for an FIP Foundation/Western Pacific Pharmaceutical Forum International Travel Scholarship for 2007 is now invited from young pharmacists who are members of PSS. The scholarship enables the recipient to attend the International Pharmacy Federation conference to be held in Beijing, China from 1 to 6 September 2007.

Successful candidates will be expected to submit a poster or paper at the Congress.

The objective of the award is to permit the recipient to travel outside his or her home country and to develop skills or knowledge that will support he or she making a contribution to pharmacy at home country and in the region.

Applications with supporting documentation must reach the PSS Secretariat by 30-November-2006 for consolidation and submission to the FIP/Western Pacific Pharmaceutical Forum. The nomination should be made outlining the travel plan and a C.V. of the nominee’s accomplishments.
