Anna joined the National Healthcare Group in 2003. She currently manages  Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic Pharmacy, one of the busiest branches with high patient volume.

Under her leadership, this branch often comes up tops in both internal and external quality audits, customer service feedback and several quality improvement endeavours. This speaks volumes of her skills especially in areas such as leadership, execution and time management.

All these years, she has been an exemplary model to her peers and subordinates as she shines through with her commitment and can-do attitude. Her influence has obviously rubbed off on her team members and they have stood out as a motivated and high performing team.

Despite managing a busy outpatient pharmacy, Anna makes no excuse not to continually upgrade herself. She actively pursues knowledge and jumps at opportunities that allow her to gain more and skills.

Anna represents the calibre of community pharmacists who will make a positive impact in the clinical outcomes of the patients in Singapore, through her upgraded skills and knowledge.
