On 8-Aug-08, FAPA President (Dr. Soo Ja Nam) and its President-Elect (Mr. John Chang) were in Singapore to discuss the coordination of the FAPA2008 Congress to be held in Singapore.

Preparation for FAPA 2008 to has gone into overdrive with 2 more months to go. Issues about the scientific programme, registration of delegates, review of monographs received, opening ceremony protocol, sponsorship etc. were discussed in detail.

Meanwhile, the early registration deadline has been deferred to 10-Sep-2008. We urge those who wish to attend please kindly register online as soon as possible.

We also urge more volunteers to join the organizing committee to help take up the many tasks in marshalling, secretarial functions etc.
