Dear Fellow Pharmacists,

To improve patient safety and reduce healthcare cost for patients and consumers in the country, Ministry of Health (MOH) are funding more pharmacist positions in public sector and Health Promotion Board is also providing resources to enable community pharmacists to educate consumers and patients to prevent or manage their chronic diseases better.  

We need at least 120 pharmacists immediately.  

In view of the recent high demand for pharmacists at patient-care areas in Singapore, PSS and MOH are exploring various strategies to assist pharmacists to come back to work in patient-care sectors. Even if you are in other Pharmaceutical sectors, you can help by doing locum in the community pharmacies, thus ensuring pharmacists' coverage throughout the country.
